Personality: Galaxia is a very ambitious individual. When she decides she wants something, she will go out and get it and not allow anything to stand in her way. After learning about the "birthplace of stars" (the place where life begins) she decides that she is the one who needs to become its new ruler. She wants to become what would effectively be the equivalent of being a god -- to be able to recreate the universe in her own image.

Because of this she is very manipulative, going out of her way to find weaknesses in others and exploit them for her own goals. She does this especially in her use of minions, preying on their own desires for power to turn them into pawns for her own amusement. She seeks out the weakest point in others to learn how to destroy them. Whatever hurts someone the most, she'll find it. And she'll use it.

She’s also very determined. She does not allow for mistakes, and will follow through with all of her plans until the end. The over all cost of her goal is of little importance, how many people she hurts of lives she destroys does not matter. If someone gets in her way or fails her in some fashion, then they deserve to be eliminated.

With that said, her ambitious nature is also a major weakness of hers. As much as it drives her goals, it also blinds her. She wants more than she reasonably should and it drives her to commit evil acts. Power that is out of her reach causes never ending obsession to try and get the one thing she cannot have. She yearns for the unobtainable because if she can somehow achieve that impossible goal, it'd prove just how great she feels she should be, how great she wants to be.

She has major inferiority over who she used to be. She grew up alone in a hostile environment and she overcompensates with a need to become more than her origins. She cannot possibly be a nobody in the universe or be seen as weak. Anyone who has greater power or strength than her is viewed as threat to be eliminated. Not someone to keep around or admire. Not someone to look up to. But rather a target that needs to be taken out of the picture.

Above all else, she is a lonely person who does not understand the values of things such as love and friendship. She never had those things so she doesn't quite get it. This gives her a deep void in her heart that she tries to fill by seeking power instead. She believes that an individual's own strength is the only merit of their worth. Relying on other people is a sign of weakness. If you can't depend on yourself and yourself alone you aren't worthy of existing. This is how she ultimately views herself -- as someone who has to be great. What would be the point of living otherwise?

Abilities:

Destruction - Galaxia’s abilities mainly focus around destructive forces. These include strong winds, lightning, pure raw energy, storms. Basically she’s a very powerful individual and is known as the Guardian of Destruction for this reason. Transforming into a Sailor Guardian (magical girl) enhances and powers up all of her abilities.

Her two named attacks are:

Galactica Super String - A massive attack of energy erupting from her body.
Galactica Inflation - Electricity based attack with lightning surrounding her.

However she does not need to be transformed in order to cause destruction. She is one of the few people shown to do so while in her normal state. To use her named attacks though she does have to be. Being transformed mostly makes her powers stronger. Overall she’s very powerful on her own.

The way she destroys things is usually through storms or massive explosions of energy. She practically causes an entire city to crumble away into nothing. She can also do this directly to people, ripping their bodies completely apart. She normally did this when she’d steal a person’s star seed (basically a crystalized version of a person’s soul). If she focuses her power she can make an entire planet explode.

Superhuman - In general she’s stronger and faster than the average human. She just jump higher and in general move swifter, but she’s not super strong in comparison to someone like say Captain America. She doesn’t really need to be since her powers all revolve around, well, basically magic. But this also means she’s not a very skilled hand-to-hand fighter nor can she really use weapons.

Telekinetic - Galaxia also has some telekinetic abilities such as invading someone’s dream to make them see things. She does this a few times to Sailor Moon causing her to see people die. She never really is shown to use this to talk to anyone or read people’s thoughts though. It’s more just to make a person see dreadful things. Which she does to Sailor Moon repeatedly.

She can also fly or float in the air and this something she’s only shown to do while transformed. She can teleport over vast distances. She can also cause objects such as her transformation brooch to magically appear out of nowhere.

❥ Extras: Her abilities will definitely need to be nerfed mostly so that she does not cause mass destruction since she does not like people. I was thinking of dropping it down to that while she could still cause some damage, she can't do anything at a large scale. And no stealing star seeds, but since she's from the end of her part of the manga she probably wouldn't do that anyway.
